Model yourself to fit the expectations of your team. You need to tell your team what it means to be motivated. Show them! Let them know that you’re just as motivated as they are and that you’re willing to work hard!

Always offer verbal rewards. People love to be showered with compliments because it makes them feel good. Verbal rewards will give you a better a team.
