Tips For Making A Yogurt Body Mask
Acne, dry skin, oily skin, and acne scars make a wreck on your face. They’ll throw the tone of your skin color off and cause your skin to be irritated and inflamed. Your skin is exposed to radiation, chemicals, and pollution everyday. Its no wonder there are so many skin problems and diseases today. But there are solutions out there that can help you and others.
For centuries there have been beauty recipes passed on from generation to generation amongst woman. I expose one of them now to help you and your skin.
Yogurt Mask:
Step One: Yogurt is an awesome tool in aiding your skin. It can give your face the vitamins it needs and provide a refreshing and rejuvenated look. If you’ve ever eaten yogurt, you know the fruit is usually at the bottom of container. Salicylic acid is just a single ingredient in the fruit that will help you and your skin heal. Remember to shake/mix the container well before opening.
Step Two: Before applying, remember to wash and dry your hands. Having no dirt, grease, dust, or oil on your hands is a must. You don’t want to mix it with the yogurt and have it on your face. That’ll just ruin the entire concept of a yogurt mask.
Step Three: Apply the yogurt mask evenly and spare none. You want your face to be covered in it; especially the inflamed, scared, and oily areas of the skin.
Step Four: Leave the paste on your face for about 10-15 minutes. This will allow your face to soak up the vitamins and begin to kill any bacteria thats left.
Step Five: Once the time is up, wash your face with some warm water. Remember to use cold water after to close your poors. Gently dry your face with a soft and clean towel.
Your face should feel and look better. For better results, do this on a daily basis. Mornings tend to work best.
