Tips For Reducing Hair Loss

Cases of permanent hair loss or baldness are almost completely due to heredity influences. However, temporary hair loss is usually the result of nutritional insufficiency, or possibly an alternative cause. If you maintain a proper diet, then temporary hair loss can be avoided. However, if you’re have this problem already, then you probably want to know how to fix it.

Here is a list of things to include and exclude in your diet:

One: High sodium and high fat diets can create hair loss. This type of diet can injure are kidney and create high acidic levels in our blood, creating hair loss. Having a low-fat diet could potentially slow down the process of hair thinning. According to recent studies, male baldness is connected to high levels of testosterone. The cause of this is a diet of high-fat and high-protein of animal (meat and fat).

The lack of vitamins would cause strain on the adrenal glands and this would in turn elevate the levels of dihydrotestosterone (dht); a form of testosterone that would induce hair loss and increase prostate growth
