Tips On Choosing A Delicious Soup

Bisque soup is a rich and creamy seafood soup. This soup is usually thickened with rice, but an alternative is now used called roux. Bisque in most restaurants now contains poultry or or vegetables.

Both & Stock. A soup that comes from strained chicken and vegetables. Extremely delicious, but can be watery if not made correctly.

Chowder is a creamy and rich soup. Thickly made with cream or milk and contains some sort of fish. It is usually made in a kettle, but modern times have made that technique obsolete. Chowder will usually be made in a soup pan.

Gazpacho is a nice cold soup. Great for those summer days when you want something to cool your down. It usually is a bowl of garlic crumbs, tomato soup, cheese, bell peppers, and various other seasonings.

When choosing your soup make sure you smell before taste. Smelling can enhance your taste buds making the actual tasting a lot more memorable.
