Parental care and attention is highly important in making a child eat healthy. Especially in the school going years, a child needs high energy and healthy food.

Along with cooking healthy, you must keep on advising your school going child about the importance of milk, egg, butter and other essential food items. As the school going children are growing and they are putting efforts in the studies, they need high proteins in their diet. Any kind of carelessness can develop a deficiency.
