For Authors:

• You declare that you are the owner of the articles you submit and that you hold the necessary rights to publish these articles on YouTips.net


• By submitting your articles on YouTips.net you give us unconditional permission to publish your articles on our website and use them (fully or partially) in our RSS feeds or monthly newsletters.


• We reserve the right to reject any article that we find to be harmful for the public or which contains incorrect information. We will also reject automatically generated articles.


• You will also give us unconditional permission to let other publishers republish your articles. Publishers are asked to follow our TOS for Publishers, but we cannot guarantee you that they will respect it. If someone violates your copyright, it is your personal responsibility to enforce your rights. If you do not agree with our terms, do not submit your articles.


• You should understand that we will not pay you directly for submitting your articles on YouTips.net. If you own a Google Adsense account, you will have the opportunity to earn money with it by supplying your publisher id in the article submission form.


• You will not submit articles containing affiliate links. Even if you do that, we will surely reject them.


• YouTips.net is ads supported. You agree to let us place our own ads on pages containing your articles. If you do not agree with this point, do not submit your articles.

For Publishers:

• You agree to include articles from YouTips.net in your website, only by using the contents "as is" from the "Publisher's Box" found on the article's page, Or just mention "from YouTips.net Editor" if it's written by one of our experts.



• Agree to include the article source credit below each article reprinted with the link active:

• Agree to not include the rel=nofollow tag in your HREF statements.


• You must not alter any part of the article not written by you. If you disagree with something in the article, write a feedback comment to the author explaining the situation.


• You must not alter any links from the article. In general, you must not alter the contents of the code you have taken from the "Publisher's Box".


• You must not submit the articles from YouTips.net on websites containing harmful material.


• You may not sell the articles from YouTips.net in any way without the permission of the article's author.


• You must not include articles from YouTips.net in spam emails or comments.


• If you have some doubts concerning an action not specified in these TOS you should contact us explaining the situation.

If you aim to host a blog or site at youtips, then you must follow these TOS :

A. Prohibition of Adult Content
Subscribers of Youtips services are prohibited from storing or posting adult content, or links to adult content, through the subscribed service. All material of pornographic nature is considered adult content. Online image galleries whose primary purpose is the public display of fine art or artistic mediums are not considered to be adult content.

B. Prohibition of Offensive Behavior
Racist, intolerant, "hate", defamatory, "stalking", invitations to fight, threatening or any communication of any nature that we decide, in our sole discretion, as being improper, will result in service termination without prior notice.

C. Intellectual Property Provisions
All content provided within or via this site is protected by various US and international copyright laws, patent laws, trademark regulations and laws, and various intellectual property laws and international treaties and agreements. No intellectual property of any nature contained within or via this Site may be copied, published, reverse engineered, decompiled, exchanged, traded, or broadcast in any way without the written permission of the content owner.

SPAM AND UNSOLICITED COMMERCIAL EMAIL (UCE)

Youtips takes a zero tolerance approach to the sending of Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE) or SPAM through our network and services. Customers of Youtips may not use, or permit others to use, our network to partake in UCE distribution. Customers of Youtips may not host or permit hosting of sites or information that is advertised by UCE from other networks.

Upon notification of an alleged violation of our SPAM policy, Youtips will initiate an immediate investigation. During the investigation, Youtips may restrict customer access to the network to prevent further violations. Subscriber will thereafter be advised of the situation. If a subscriber is found to be in violation of this TOS, Youtips may, at its sole discretion, unilaterally restrict, suspend or terminate the violating customer's account. Further, Youtips reserves the right to pursue civil remedies for any costs associated with the investigation of a substantiated policy violation. Youtips will notify law enforcement officials if the violation is believed to be a criminal offense.

DISCLOSURE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT


The TOS specifically prohibits the use of our service for illegal activities. Therefore, subscriber agrees that Youtips may disclose any and all subscriber information including assigned IP numbers, account history, account use, etc. to any law enforcement agency that requests such information, provided they possess the proper court-approved warrant, without consent or notification to the subscriber.

YouTips.net reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior warning.
